This incredible home is perfect for your next vacation! Our comfortable, yet sophisticated estate is a spacious, three-bedroom house fully equipped with the most up-to-date amenities. Built in 2005 by a renowned Park City builder as his personal ski home, this well-appointed home includes upscale features like a hot tub, BBQ gas grill, wired and wireless internet, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, fireplace, luxury linens, private hot tub, large garage with racks and shelves and plenty of storage.

The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, with a spacious adjoining double-sink, full bathroom. There is also a stairway within the suite leading to a small office and large walk in master closet.  Enjoy the gorgeous views of Park City and Deer Valley when you walk out onto your deck. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, next to an adjoining personal and hall bathroom. A third bedroom, also with a full bathroom, features a bunk that can hold up to five children, with a double-over-double, pull-out trundle configuration. Each bedroom has a television, 2 with DVD players, for your viewing pleasure.  A full laundry room is next to the downstairs bedroom with plenty of room to store all kinds of goodies!

Salt Lake City airport is less than an hour door-to-door, you can reach the Park City ski lift in less than five minutes from the house, and the wonderful restaurants and shops of Park City are under 2 blocks away.  While there is a garage and plenty of extra parking, there is no need for a car once you park as you are in walking distance to just about everything.This three bedroom house sleeps 9 people comfortably and is exquisitely furnished with luxury linens and furnishings. In addition, there is a very comfortable queen sized air mattress that can be placed in any of the rooms or living room as well as a crib for infants.
